Richard Thompson, I live in the City of Beaumont in the community of Altis, a 55 plus community that will be built out in the next five years.
It is being built by one of our classmates family builders Pardee Homes. That would be Ann Pardee. I did not go to college and entered the construction industry for a 50+ years. I retired at age 69. I have a wonderful with with 3 boys and 4 grandchildren. My good health comes from genes. My mother passed at 96 and father at 90. My advice to young people is to eat good food, exercise on a regular basis and love the United States of America. Always work hard and don't complain.
